Healthy 3 ingredient strawberry jam!

Our kids love jam but I rarely give it to them because it’s loaded with sugar! This is a super healthy version that tastes better than store bought! Save this one, the kids and family will love it! Thank you @healthylivingjames for the inspiration!

Ingredients
250g organic frozen strawberries
2.5 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds

Method
Add frozen strawberries to a pot and cook until tender. Once they’re soft, mash them with a potato masher until it’s a nice, lumpy but moist consistency. Add chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine. Let it cook for 5 minutes or until thickened.

Let cool. Serve with your favourite bread, pancakes or waffles! Double the recipe ingredients for a larger family and store in the fridge for up to a week.
