Chickpea and fresh basil dip with veggies!

I love these kind of platters, they’re packed with nutrients and dips always add so much flavour! I often make these for the kids too and they love them! A perfect idea for kids parties, snacks and visitors!

Ingredients
1 400g can organic chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 cup fresh basil leaves
Juice of half a lemon
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (may need more depending on thickness preference)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground paprika
Salt to season
Veggies to serve

Method
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until the ingredients form a thick paste. Add the dip to a serving bowl and surround the dip with colourful fresh veggies to serve.
