Apple Crumble Loaf!

This loaf is obviously not the prettiest, but it’s so yummy!
With a delicious crunchy crumb and soft centre, it’s a lovely treat for the family!

1 green apple, grated (can use red or pink)
1 large banana, mashed
2 1/2 cups of oat flour (oats blended)
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 plain flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 heaped tbsp cold butter

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Add all the loaf ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and add the mixture.
To make the crumb, add all the crumb ingredients to a bowl and using your fingers, mix to form delicious crumbs.
Top the loaf with crumbs and bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
